System Maturity
In our evaluation of whole system / place-based approaches, we use a system maturity matrix, the full version of which you can see attached.
In response to feedback on its use in practice, we have made some updates to the System Maturity Matrix for 2025:
- No major changes have been made
- The conditions and sub-conditions remain the same as last year but
- We have simplified the language and
- Clarified the difference between sub-conditions and maturity levels.
